1. Purpose

This page explains the payment roles, seller disclosures and approved payment methods for YiChess.

2. Product Operator

Product operator and customer-facing service entity: Vistasense AI Technology Limited. Company No.: 80364727. Business Registration Certificate No.: 80364727-000-05-26-8. Registered address: Room 1602, 16/F, Wing On Centre, 111 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

Certain technology, AI analysis, learning content, engineering support, hosting support or product support may be provided by Hangzhou Weishi Information Technology Co., Ltd. or other technology providers under commercial, license or intercompany arrangements.

3. Paddle Purchases

For purchases processed by Paddle, Paddle may be shown at checkout, on receipts or in buyer communications as Merchant of Record, reseller, seller of record or payment/seller. Paddle may handle payment collection, transaction taxes, receipts, refunds, chargebacks and buyer support under Paddle’s terms and policies.

4. Direct Purchases

For purchases processed directly by Vistasense AI Technology Limited through Stripe, bank transfer or another approved provider, Vistasense AI Technology Limited may be the seller or invoice issuer unless the checkout flow states otherwise.

5. Approved Payment Methods

Depending on country, currency, product, provider approval and risk checks, approved payment methods may include cards, Paddle-supported payment methods, Stripe-supported payment methods, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay or other provider-approved methods.

Payment method availability may change at any time and may depend on provider rules, jurisdiction, device, currency, risk review, product eligibility and technical availability.

6. What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept personal Alipay or WeChat Pay collection codes, private transfers to staff, employee bank accounts, friend accounts, personal PayPal, personal bank accounts, crypto/USDT settlement, cash deposits, betting stakes, prize pools, wallet top-ups, stored value balances, cash-out requests, redeemable points or user-to-user money transfer.

Payments must only be for digital education, software subscriptions, course packs, AI post-game review and permitted training tools. Payments must not be used for betting, wagering, paid competitions with prizes, cash games, cash prizes, prize pools, cash-out, stored value, redeemable credits or real-money gaming.

8. Taxes and Receipts

Taxes, receipts, invoices and billing disclosures may be handled by Paddle where Paddle is the Merchant of Record or reseller. For direct purchases, taxes and invoices may be handled by Vistasense AI Technology Limited or an approved provider according to the checkout flow.
