1. General Rule

You must use YiChess lawfully, fairly and responsibly. You must not misuse the platform, harm users, compromise security, abuse payments or violate applicable law.

2. Account and Security Abuse

You must not create accounts using false, stolen or unauthorized information; sell, rent, share or transfer accounts; impersonate others; use another person’s email, Google Account or payment method without authorization; bypass email verification, password checks, OAuth controls, CSRF protection, rate limits, MFA or security controls; enumerate registered emails; conduct credential stuffing; or interfere with sessions, tokens, cookies, OAuth state/nonce or redirect URI controls.

3. Play, AI and Automation Abuse

You must not use real-time AI assistance, engines, bots, scripts, overlays, unauthorized tools or another person’s real-time advice during restricted play modes. You must not automate gameplay, manipulate ratings, collude, exploit bugs, attack matchmaking or abuse disconnections.

4. Payment Abuse

You must not abuse refunds, chargebacks, trials, coupons, promotions, subscriptions, payment disputes or checkout flows. You must not use stolen payment methods, personal collection codes, staff accounts, crypto/USDT or informal payment channels.

5. No Gambling or Cash-Out

You must not use the platform for gambling, betting, wagering, cash prizes, paid competitions with prizes, prize pools, money transmission, stored value, redeemable points, virtual currency exchange, crypto/USDT settlement, user-to-user settlement, cash-out schemes or third-party real-money gaming access.

6. Content and Community Abuse

You must not upload or share illegal, infringing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, harassing, deceptive, defamatory, spam, malware, phishing or abusive content. You must not dox users, threaten users, promote gambling or solicit off-platform money games.

7. Technical Abuse

You must not scrape, crawl, overload, reverse engineer beyond lawful limits, interfere with APIs, bypass access controls, attack infrastructure, distribute malware, probe vulnerabilities without authorization or use the platform to train competing systems through unauthorized data extraction.

8. Enforcement

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke entitlements, remove content, preserve evidence, deny refunds where permitted, report abuse to payment providers or authorities and take other actions reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform and third parties.
