1. Respect for Intellectual Property

YiChess respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

If you believe that content on the platform infringes your copyright or other rights, contact legal@yichess.com and include:

  • your name and contact information;
  • identification of the copyrighted work or protected material;
  • the URL, screenshot or location of the allegedly infringing content;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
  • a statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act for the rights owner;
  • your physical or electronic signature.

3. Our Response

We may remove or restrict access to content, request additional information, notify the uploader, process counter-notices where applicable, suspend repeat infringers or take other reasonable steps.

4. False or Abusive Notices

False, misleading, abusive or bad-faith notices may result in account restrictions or legal consequences.
