1. Statement

YiChess is a web-based Chinese chess learning software, AI-powered post-game review and digital education platform. It is not a gambling, betting, wagering, casino, lottery, sweepstakes, cash-prize, real-money gaming, investment, stored value, virtual asset, money transmission or cash-out platform.

2. Paid Products

Paid products are limited to digital education and software features, such as subscriptions, self-paced course packs, AI-powered post-game review, AI review quotas, training tools, puzzles, progress tracking and learning reports.

Paid products do not provide entry to prize events, cash games, betting pools, cash rewards, withdrawable balances, redeemable points or any real-money gaming activity.

3. Practice Features

If non-cash practice matches, friend games, rooms, leaderboards or training events are available, they are for learning, entertainment, practice and community purposes only.

They do not involve entry fees for prizes, betting, wagering, cash prizes, prize pools, monetary rewards, cash-equivalent rewards, redeemable credits, deposits, withdrawals or user-to-user money transfer.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not use the platform to organize, promote, facilitate or participate in:

  • gambling, betting, wagering or cash games;
  • paid competitions with prizes;
  • prize pools or cash rewards;
  • redeemable points or cash-equivalent credits;
  • money transmission or user-to-user settlement;
  • crypto, USDT or virtual asset settlement;
  • third-party real-money gaming access;
  • off-platform money games or private betting arrangements.

5. Enforcement

Any attempt to use the platform for gambling, betting, wagering, paid prize competitions, cash-out, money transmission, real-money gaming or related activity may result in immediate account restriction, suspension or termination, denial of refunds where permitted, preservation of evidence, reporting to payment providers and other actions permitted by law and policy.
